Information We Collect

• Account/profile information (such as name, email, phone number, team, jersey size, and other registration details)
• Content you submit in the App (for example: messages/chat posts, comments, photos if enabled)

Payment information

If you pay fees through Stripe, payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number. Stripe may collect and process payment details according to their privacy policy.

Automatically collected information

• Basic device and usage data (such as device type, app version, log data, and identifiers) to help operate and improve the App

How We Use Your Information

We use information to:

• Create and manage accounts and league registrations
• Operate league features (schedules, rosters, stats, messaging)
• Communicate with you (including service messages and notifications if enabled)
• Process payments and confirm registration status
• Improve and maintain the App, troubleshoot issues, and keep the App secure

How We Share Information

We may share information:

• With service providers that help us run the App (for example: hosting/database providers and payment processors like Stripe)
• With other users in the league where necessary for the App experience (for example: your name/team and messages you post in chat)
• If required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of EBL and its users

User-Generated Content

If the App includes chat or posting features, content you share may be visible to other users in the App. Please be mindful of what you post.

Data Retention

We keep information as long as needed to operate the league and the App, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce policies. You may request deletion of your account as described below.

Your Choices

You can:

• Update certain profile details in the App (if available)
• Opt out of push notifications in your device settings (if enabled)
• Request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting us
• Use our User Privacy Choices page for detailed request instructions
• Submit a Data Deletion Request to permanently delete your information

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Children's Privacy

The App is intended for adult league participants and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can delete it.
