Your Privacy Choices

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information associated with your EBL App account by contacting us. For card payments, Stripe processes payment details and EBL does not store your full card number.

Request Access to Your Data

You can request a copy of the personal information we maintain for your account and league participation records.

Request Correction

If your account or registration information is inaccurate, you can request that we correct or update it.

Request Deletion

You can request deletion of your account data. In some cases, we may retain certain records as required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or policy-enforcement purposes.

Notification Preferences

You can manage push notifications (if enabled) in your device settings. Service-related messages about your account, registration, and league operations may still be sent when necessary.

Identity Verification

Before we process a privacy request, we may verify your identity to protect your account and prevent unauthorized access or deletion.

Response Timing

We aim to respond within 30 days of receiving a complete request. If additional time is needed, we will notify you.

How to Submit a Request

Include the following details so we can locate your record:

• Full name
• Email address used in the App
• Team name (if applicable)
• Phone number (optional)
